Here are seven principles you can apply to your life today if you're going through a breakup, separation or divorce.

1. Show your ex or your spouse that you can live life without them.

2. Never care about what they think or feel or say about you because the person who cares less has the power.

3. Never chase them just replaced them always have multiple options and never have oneitis

4. Always let them come to you, never beg or plead to stay in anyone's life. If they want to leave, let them go.

5. Never want someone who doesn't want you, always like who likes you and be picky about that.

6. Never let disrespect slide. If they do it once and you let it go they will do it again.

7. Never be friends with your ex because the friend zone is the Simp zone.
