Dudley the Basset Hound: A Nursery Rhyme & A Story

Dudley is a remarkable basset hound with distinctive black, tan, and white coloring, complete with charming black spots scattered across his white patches. The great adventure of Dudley's life begins on an ordinary Tuesday morning when his mum mysteriously disappears while working in the garden. After Dad's visual search proves fruitless, Dudley's extraordinary scenting abilities come to the rescue. Using his magnificent nose, he follows a complex trail through their long garden, past the greenhouse, vegetable beds, and apple trees, all the way to the potting shed at the very back of their property.

There, Dudley discovers that his beloved mum has become trapped inside the shed when the door mechanism jammed, leaving her unable to escape. His urgent barking alerts Dad to the location, and together they free Mum from her predicament. Dudley's heroic rescue makes him a neighborhood legend.
