My Experience with Vitamin B12 Deficiency: Dave's Printed Podcast, Episode 2, 2021-05-12

In February 2021, three months ago, I discovered that I had a vitamin B12 deficiency. I'd been experiencing some negative symptoms that I'll talk about in a minute, but it had never occurred to me that I might have a nutritional deficiency. After I finally figured out what was going on, I got medical attention, and my life has changed drastically for the better as a result. I'm not a doctor, but I am a patient, and I hope that by sharing the details of my experience with you today, I can inspire other people to seek medical attention if they need it. It's incredible to me how much a single change has improved my life. And this all happened in just the past three months.
