Sir Lanka does not want to be born. It just seems like so much stress. Go to school. Get good grades. Find a job. Too much stress. So he decides to stay in the womb. And stays in there for 32 years. Until his mom eventually has enough of him. She gets an abortion. But he survives. Or not, I don't want to spoil too much. But he wakes up in the dumpster behind the clinic and has no idea what to do.
