#1 The young man was leading a young girl up a trail into Bethlehem. They were not married, and she was pregnant but not with his child. They were not supposed to be together, but they were. The innkeeper took them in and gave them a room.

#2 In the throne room of heaven, there is a chorus of voices reading from an ancient text. They declare that Jesus will be born of a woman, come from the line of Abraham, and rule the heathen.

#3 The angels sing out, Glory to God in the highest! The chorus replies, Only begotten Son, Heir of all things, through whom also He made the world. And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature.

#4 The Son leaves to rescue the human race, but it’s a suicide mission. He gives them his word, and declares his Great Name. The angels sing blessing and honor and glory and power to him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb forever and ever.
