#1 The law of attraction is the observed phenomenon where situations beyond our control arise in our lives, seemingly out of nowhere, to support how we think and what we desire. These situations can bring happiness and joy, or heartache and frustration.

#2 The law of attraction is an internal force that originates from us and attracts what we think about to the center of our being. Every thought that originates from us, be it conscious or subconscious, positive or negative, is linked to us.

#3 I first learned about the law of attraction when I watched a movie called The Secret. It was the first time I was able to put a name to a phenomenon I’d been observing in my own life for years: I had a tendency to manifest things I wanted when I needed or wanted them.

#4 I wanted to understand how to apply the law of attraction consciously, in a simple manner that made sense and produced results. I collated my own experiences and reflected on them to compare how I had behaved against what was considered acceptable law of attraction practice.
