Tangled Hearts

Nic Adler: I thought I had it all—best friend, loving fiancé, amazing mom—but it doesn’t take much for the world to destroy all you hold dear. Now Mom’s gone, Silas and Leo are with each other after having an affair, and I’m alone. For now, at least.

But he’s not mine, and I can’t make him mine. Not even just because of our age difference—although that plays its own role. I’ve already lost everything once, but I’m starting to think it might be worth the risk of doing it again—as long as I can keep him.

Tangled Hearts is the fourth and final installment of the Mended Hearts series. It can be enjoyed as a standalone, but to get a full understanding of the found family dynamics, it would be best to listen to the previous books.
