The Blue Tree

Guilt killed humanity. Black roots cover the sky, a black fruit torments and feeds off billions of entrapped souls. Two blue shining beings, a man and a woman, emerge from the darkness. They each go their own way in this silent new world, trying to rekindle hope in a hopeless world. Eventually, every single one of us, has to find the answer to their own version of this question: You are all alone in the dark. What do you see?
