The Gnomes

The Gnomes is a Dutch fairy tale written by J.J.A. Goevernour. Once upon a time little gnomes would come out at night and help people with the chores. They would help the baker bake bread and they would help the tailor sew clothes. But one day one woman is curious who is doing all that work and decided to spy on them. She scares them away and they are never seen again... The moral of the story is: sometimes it's better to let things be. Recommended for age 3+.
