Fortunately, Houghtow College of Magic has all the help it could ask for in the form of Flio and his household, whose past adventures and general omnipotence leave them perfectly positioned to help the ever-overworked administrator Taclyde and headmaster Nyt find their way through the red tape of Hi Izuran bureaucracy—not to mention the odd attack from rampaging clockwork monstrosities!
