Fears are very common in human beings. We are challenged by fears all the time. Almost every single person has fears in some form in their life. 

In fear, we feel unprepared to deal with the situations. We react to the shock inside our memories. We become very alert of the people, circumstances, or situations that trigger that memory. Sometimes, even a song, a certain smell, or an object can trigger us to react to the fears inside us. It is the post-traumatic fears that we react continuously in our life.
