ABOUT THE ORIGINAL BOOK

Kings of the Wyld by Nicholas Eames follows the journey of Saga, a band of aging mercenaries, who reunite for one final mission. Their quest is to rescue the daughter of their leader, Gabriel, who is trapped in a besieged city. The band must confront their past, their mortality, and the true nature of heroism as they journey through dangerous lands, such as the Heartwyld. The story explores themes of friendship, sacrifice, and the complexities of good versus evil, as well as the impact of stories and how they shape perceptions of heroes and villains. The group is forced to confront the Heathen, Lastleaf, a powerful figure who seeks to destroy the Dominion. They must overcome internal conflicts, and external dangers, to achieve their goal.
