ABOUT THE ORIGINAL BOOK

"A Clockwork Orange" by Anthony Burgess tells the story of Alex, a young man who engages in acts of ultra-violence with his "droogs." The story is set in a dystopian society where the government tries to control crime through extreme methods. Alex is eventually imprisoned and subjected to the Ludovico Technique, an experiment designed to condition him to abhor violence.
