is where you will set up your own personal EPM system

by defining the „big three“

A: the why – where you want to be

B: the here and now: your current location, a clear assessment of where you stand right now

C: the next step what you need to do to get from here to where you want to go

Level 3

is all about the practical application

Here, we will make sure that your practice plan runs like a well-oiled machine.

including:

a detailed practice session template

everything you need to stay on course

as well as how to modify it in the future when your life situations or goals change

plus some general potential trouble shooting
