#1 People, and the drama they bring, are a part of life. They are a part of everything we do, and they affect us in different ways. They can result in drama, which is anything that makes us feel unsettled.

#2 When we don’t meet our expectations, we experience drama. When others don’t meet our expectations, we experience drama. When something unexpected happens, we experience drama.

#3 We all have our limits when it comes to dealing with situations that make us uncomfortable. When we can do something about it, we’re usually fine with it. But when we can’t do anything about it, we become uncomfortable.

#4 There is always someone else keeping things from working. If you can’t change the situation, you can change your attitude. If that doesn’t work, you can leave the situation.
