#3 You have the choice of what you focus on in life. This choice is not always easy, but you do have the choice. You must take charge of what you wish to focus on in life and train your mind to be able to make better choices.

#4 To better understand the mind, you can view it in three states: the conscious, subconscious, and superconscious minds. The subconscious is your intellectual mind, and it is the seat of reason and logical thinking. The superconscious is the mind of light, the all-knowing intelligence of the soul.
