What would you do if you knew you wouldn't fail?

Fear is often the greatest villain we have. It holds us back from achieving what we want in life, whether it's weight loss, getting healthier, or something else. We fear success—we fear failure. So we do nothing instead because it's so much easier. I'll admit, I agree. However, what's the point of living if you don't do something that scares the living life out of you? You have to take a chance on yourself. If you don't, who will? You only have one life, my dear reader. Why spend it running through fad diets and health trends that fail and fall one after the other? Instead, focus on a balanced life where your metabolism takes care of the rest. I want you to be happy and fulfilled in your life, that means in your skin and more, inside and out.
