Goodnight Collection

Cuddle up with your little one and listen to these three bedtime Bible favorites:

Goodnight, Manger by Laura Sassi

Goodnight, Manger tells the story of Mary and Joseph as they try to lull Jesus to sleep in the noisy stable after his birth. It’s bedtime for Baby Jesus, but who knew a manger could be so loud? Mama, Papa, and all of the animals try to lull the baby to sleep, but between itchy hay, angels’ joyful hosannas, and three kings bearing noisy gifts, it’s just too loud. Until Mama finds a way for everyone to work together to shepherd baby Jesus into peaceful dreams under the twinkling stars.

Goodnight, Angels by Melody Carlson

Goodnight, rubber duckie. Thank you for the scrub. Goodnight to the bubbles, sliding down the tub. As a little boy says goodnight to the things and people in his world, he remembers to offer a thankful nighttime prayer to God. Goodnight, Angels gently draws children to sleep as it reminds them that God is watching over them.

Goodnight, Ark by Laura Sassi

It’s bedtime on Noah’s ark, but the animals can’t sleep because of the storm. Two by two, they crowd into Noah’s bed, creating a sticky situation. Will Noah ever get them back to their own beds? Climb aboard the ark for this rollicking, yet ultimately restful bedtime story as Noah finds a way to make things calm and cozy, even in the midst of a storm.
