Knight Errant

A woman is drawn into medieval Britain—and the arms of a dashing Earl—in this "comical, moving and inventive" time-travel romance (St. Louis Times-Dispatch). When American executive Robyn Stafford flies from Hollywood to England to surprise her boyfriend, she's the one who winds up surprised—to meet his wife. To recover from the shock, she decides to go hiking along the Welsh border . . . and accidentally crosses the boundary into another time. She doesn't know what to make of the young man she encounters on horseback—wearing a sword and chain mail. He thinks he's Edward Plantagenet, Earl of March, and that the year is 1459. Robyn assumes he's mad—until his pursuers show up, and Edward saves her life. When he rides away, to the age of the War of the Roses, Robyn must find a way to leave the modern world behind and pursue her prince in the fifteenth century . . .
