Sometimes murder…Strikes way too close to home. It’s the end of summer, and that means just one thing in amateur sleuth Evelyn Foster’s newly adopted hometown of Granite, Michigan...it’s time for the annual Rock Festival. This particular festival is literally about rocks, not music. Eve and her dogs adjust to the influx of tourists into the normally quiet town, and she and her friends have a great time together at the festival, but in the midst of fun and chaos, something goes terribly wrong. When they leave the fairgrounds, they discover a body…in Eve’s car. Along with the body is a note that is beyond creepy. Unsure why she’s seemingly being targeted by a killer, Eve finds herself jumping at shadows and continually glancing over her shoulder. Is she next on the killer’s list?
