Sherlock Holmes

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, (22nd May 1859-7th July 1930) was a British writer and physician. Credit goes to him, as he created the character 'Sherlock Holmes'. All the fictions pertaining to the character (Sherlock Holmes) are all Crime fictions. His appreciable works are 'Stories of Sherlock Holmes', and 'The Lost World'. His wroks include plays, poetry, non-fiction, and historic novels. His first work (A Study in Scarlet) couldn't fetch any publisher. Once the situation had come, that whatever the prices Doyle asked for his works, every publisher was ready to pay him. The result was, Arthur Conan became one of the best paid authors of the world. Every story pertaining to the character Sherlock Holmes, seems very interesting, thrilling. Being a private detective, Sherlock Holmes solves the mystery in such a manner that becomes very original and real. The book consists of 4 novels by Arthur Conan Doyle viz 'A Study in Scarlet', 'A Study in Scarlet Uno Studio in Rosso' 'The Sign of the Four', 'The Return of Sherlock Holmes', and 'The Vally of Fear'. The unique quality of Sherlock Holmes is that he has keen powers of observation. He always notices such things which one can't even think.
