Shielded by the Colossus: A Size-Difference Protector Romance

The bioluminescent flora of Xylo-Prime glows a haunting neon blue. Dr. Elara Voss is alone. The colonization ship crashed, leaving her to face a primal wilderness without her crew. When a pack of predators corners her, a massive shadow intervenes. Kragor is a towering outcast with obsidian skin and old battle scars. He is the most feared warrior on the moon.

His heavy hand reaches for her. A sudden Blood-Bond ignites. It is a raw, obsessive fever that forces him to guard her. Kragor carries her across jagged plains while rain lashes against the rock. He is a colossal wall of muscle and heat. Elara watches him shield her from deadly storms. He is terrifying but surprisingly tender.

They trek toward a hidden valley. Elara feels a deep pull toward the giant. He is three times her size, yet he makes her feel safe. Kragor fights his own instincts. He wants to cherish the medic without caging her. Their trust builds slowly through the quiet nights. Primal needs clash with her duty to the surviving humans. External threats loom as their connection deepens.

Can Elara choose this alien life over the world she left behind?

***

While each story in the Xylo Blood-Bond series can be read as a standalone, the law of the moon remains the same: on the glowing soil of Xylo, your blood is the only contract a warrior needs to claim you forever.

The ship wasn't supposed to come down here. It did anyway.

When a human colonization vessel tears through the atmosphere of Xylo, it doesn't land so much as break apart, scattering survivors across a world that has never welcomed outsiders. The moon is stunning in the dark, bioluminescent light coating every surface in cold blue and green. Beautiful. Ruthless. Ruled by the Xylo: towering, lethal warriors living by a primal code that human law can't touch.

For centuries they've sealed their borders against the stars. Then five human women crawl out of the wreckage, and everything the Xylo thought they'd contained comes undone.

One scent triggers it. The Blood-Bond: a biological fever, absolute and unstoppable, that locks a Xylo warrior into obsessive possession. No rank overrides it. No reason survives it. From the shadow-silent Void-Stalkers to the iron rule of the Feral Monarchs, five warriors reach into the wreckage and claim what the bond has already decided is theirs.

No negotiation. No escape. Only the connection itself, primal and total, turning every protector into a possessor.

On Xylo, to bleed is to belong.
