Slow Boat

The author Ray Ronné enjoys the poetry of life. His poetry displays a humorous and satirical reflection on his experiences in the South African environment. The poetry in this book will startle you, just like when you meet Ray for the first time, and every succeeding meeting. He is entirely original. Quick, sharp and humorous, he will leave you thinking that there is more to life. This approach is visible in his writings of these poems which he wrote between the years of 1975 - 1990. The last addition being after Flat Wheel de Klerk announced the normalisation of the political situation.

The poems in this book are all written in Afrikaans.
