The Space Within

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar travels the world sharing wisdom and insights on a number of timely and important topics. His talks motivate and encourage, offer comfort and reassurance, and provide insights for daily living. The author says that Meditation is almost like sleep, but it is not sleep. It is about relaxing deeply and letting go of all the problems. He further says that Meditation is a trip to nowhere. "Whenever you are nowhere, you can't but be on the top of the world! You have to pierce through nowhere.... and find you are Now Here". This book talks about meditation in great detail and says desire and planning is the only roadblock to achieving a meditative state
