ABOUT THE ORIGINAL BOOK

"Gone" by Michael Grant tells the story of Perdido Beach, California, where everyone over the age of fifteen mysteriously vanishes. A wall appears, enclosing the town and cutting off all communication with the outside world.

 

Inside this "Zone," the remaining children and teens begin to develop strange powers, while animals mutate into dangerous creatures. Amid the chaos, a struggle for power emerges. Caine Soren attempts to establish control, but Sam Temple rises as a figure of resistance. The children must learn to navigate their new reality, confronting both internal and external threats as they fight to survive in a world that has suddenly gone mad.
