We will be healing in the human aura, the human energy field.

To use this meditation successfully, it is important that you have the understanding that all is energy; our thoughts and feelings create our reality; when we change our thoughts and feelings, we change our aura, and we change our reality; healing is changing our consciousness; changing our consciousness is evolving; evolving is becoming more of our divine selves; time and space are one; when you change things in the present, you change things across all time.

You will be guided to identify the feeling of being troubled and led through the healing process.

The meditation is demanding, but rest assured you will be gently supported throughout the entire process.
