"Chip of the Flying U" is a 1906 novel by B. M. Bower. Chip is shy cowboy with little experience talking to women whose humble life as a rancher is changed forever when he meets a young doctor called Della. "Chip of the Flying U" is a classic example of Western romance fiction not to be missed by those with a love of the genre. Bertha Muzzy Sinclair or Sinclair-Cowan (1871 - 1940), more commonly known as B. M. Bower, was an American author famous for her novels, short stories, and screenplays set in the American Old West.
