Depression: Successfully Overcoming Depression and Other Emotional Problems

Persistent feelings of sadness and hopelessness among high schoolers have risen astronomically since 2011. According to a Harvard study, “Young adults in the US report twice the rates of anxiety and depression as teens.” Depression and other emotional issues have reached an all-time high, in terms of frequency and severity.
