ATOOC: Leaving Las Vegas...Maybe

In this episode, a Southwest Airlines Boeing 737 is departing Las Vegas for Portland (SW464) when the flight deck radios the tower. As the aircraft climbed past 14,000 feet, the pilots received some flight control malfunction alerts.
