#47: How to Win Friends and Influence People by Remembering Names With Ease

Today I bring to you a recent breakthrough I have had in my life around remembering names. I used to always say the famous line, "I am bad at names" until I realized that every person says that and I am done making excuses for not prioritizing peoples names.

In this video I discuss how I was able to go from someone who spent loads of her energy feeling stressed and guilty for not remembering anyone's name, to someone who remembers names after the first time they are told to her.

This shift has made me more likable and has opened up a ton of my energetic space for me to focus it on more important things.
