Are women less committed than men? This has been a question in my mind over the last year, and as convoluted and grey as the answer is, it is worth exploring. 

In this episode, I share my evolving relationship to commitment, the trends I see in the commitments (or lack thereof) of the men and women in my life, and share my take on what it takes to live in true freedom, which is counter to what many of us believe to be true.

I met Janneke in Peru and spent a month helping her and her husband, Jhon (who was on our last episode) with videography as I sat with them in plant medicine ceremonies. This was an unforgettable blessing in my journey and the best way I could have spent my last month of my solo travels.

Janneke uses inner child work to assist in the integration process for the guests of Willkamayu Spirit to deepen into their healing and experience with the medicine.

The two of us are deeply passionate about the polarity of the masculine and feminine, the eagle and the condor, and we also get into how these all have played into my own journey around my relationship to food.

Who am I beyond the Friendly Frequencies brand? What is life like beyond craving? Can I really sit with myself without my phone, laptop, sugar, coffee, salt, spices? Lets see.

Before arriving in Peru, I spent four months living out of my car in Tasmania. That time cracked me open. It showed me how disconnected I’d become from nature in favor of building my business.

Realizing my disconnection with nature in favour of working on my brand hit me hard. I shifted things immediately, incorporating weekly tech detoxes into my life and taking a step back from social media. 

Now, I begin my month-long tech detox as I sit in between the mountains of Peru. Perfect timing, as I am also gearing up for my first journey with Ayahuasca. For the first time, I’m fully detaching from all forms of addiction and returning to the source. BRB!

Micha shares her wisdom through leaving the paved path and following the uncertain path her soul is calling her to; the path of movement as medicine and being a human BEING. She has just arrived home after two months of travelling through art residencies.

On this episode we talk about our experiences of breaking free from our previous comfortable and predictable lives and some of the unexplainable wonders and lessons that have surfaced as a result.

Celina is a solo travelling woman of the world and a coaching client who quickly became one of my closest friends. She is on my female Avengers team and is an important character on my board. We just met in person for the first time and knew it was only fitting to record a podcast, especially since our friendship started when she discovered my podcast!

Celina has been solo travelling all over the world for the last eight years. Yes, eight years. She shares some of her diamonds of wisdom as she continues to grow as a woman of the world, offering insights into her struggles and breakthroughs with money, self-love, and social media as she begins getting paid to be who she is.

We also dive into what it’s like to create our own businesses as Manifesting Generators, discussing the conditioning we’ve had to overcome around our Human Design so that we can explore our purpose through many avenues.

This woman oozes life in everything she does and has profoundly changed my life with her unwavering support for my vision. I am beyond excited to see her continue sharing her vision with the world beautifully and vulnerably.

#65: Starting a Business as a Mani-Gen & Releasing Money and Social Media Blocks with Celina Undernehr

In this spontaneous and accidental podcast, I filmed a vulnerable moment of shame and perceived weakness while eating breakfast in the back of my car in Tasmania.

I am noticing my relationship with food and external forces that give me a sense of pleasure and comfort. I eat more when I am not distracted by some other source of fake dopamine or extreme bouts of oxytocin.

Now that I live alone in my car, I face the mirror of silence. My crutches are held up to a magnifying glass, and I continue to work on my ability to sit with the desire and find peace in it over time, rather than give in and spiral out in a shameful mind and a sore tummy.

This is an episode on overeating, which relates to smoking and any other form of addiction. Most of us are addicted to something, and it is a goal of mine to move beyond addiction so that I can experience God in the way my soul is asking me to.

Today, I give more context to my recent breakup. My most recent relationship was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. He impacted my view of the world and of creativity and showed me what true love really is. He helped me further step into my power as a woman. Even with all of that, we decided to put our visions first and end the romantic relationship, regardless of the immense love between us.
 
Entering the world of relationships means entering the world of sacrifice. I was met with many sacrifices and was prepared to make them to make this relationship long-term. This didn't work. I needed to sacrifice the relationship for the sake of both our visions.

I speak about my experience with the vortex of energy that is now available to me amidst this black hole created in my field and the importance of honing our energy into our visions at this time of our lives as young people.

I also speak on conscious celibacy and how I am using it to feed my higher purpose.

I used to think I was broken, switched off, and unable to experience orgasmic pleasure. I spent my life up until 2022 not enjoying sex and rarely getting turned on. I then had a life changing experience learning about womens sexuality and repression and learned that orgasm and sexual pleasure is a skill that can be learned. 

This was two years ago, and my journey through awakening my sexual energy has blossomed incredibly since then. I am here to normalize talking about sex and share my breakthroughs and tips around awakening my sexual energy as a woman. My newest breakthrough is a juicy one! ;)
