My Human Design

Becoming Who You Came Here to Be is the adventure of a lifetime.

I’m struggling to even summarise this episode because of the frequency I experienced speaking with Richard Rudd. Not only is he such a clear voice of Truth and softness but everything he says comes from no agenda and a level of purity - which I think is what we are all craving so much at the moment: other pure beings to remind us and to cleave us back to our own purity. From Knowledge to Wisdom with Richard Rudd of the Gene Keys

With so much high frequency energy coming on to our planet right now, it’s time to bravely sign out of all ‘normal’ habits we don’t consider ‘that bad’. To overwrite them so we can rise, instead of wait for the Universe to give us stronger signals. We keep the grace of Divinity when we learn early. And we can all do it. We just have to sign out of lower stuff and ‘stick out’ from the crowds who still feel it’s ok. Here’s to your Rising.

Shedding Our Low Frequencies

As our consciousness is shifting so quickly, we are being drawn to update the things around us: want only the people, foods, information that resonates with the new people we’re becoming. Updating Our Ways

It’s key right now to discern the line between being fully awake to where our world is at and letting it create an IV drip of emotional stimulation in our bodies all day along. Between talking about things and feeling them in our bodies so that we can process them. We HAVE to prioritise processing as much as possible right now because otherwise there will be too much weight keeping us down. And we need to all be lighter, so that we can all rise together. Bring the Light

Our inner world is what affects our future. We don’t need to control the outside circumstances of our life if we are in command of our Self, no matter what the outside looks like in any given moment. One thing’s for sure - the outside is always in flux. It’s a false lie that we can pin it to constancy. BUT the good news is that something much deeper and better can be made constant - our Beingness. Being someone who leads with their strength, knowingness and consciousness in every and any place we might find ourselves.
