It’s not controlled by Democrat politicians (senators) abusing the filibuster rule to blackmail the country and do as much damage to the economy as possible to further government control of the economy and leftwing political agendas. Also, the U.S. air traffic control system and TSA should be privatized. It’s unacceptable that our air traffic could come to a halt because air traffic controllers wouldn’t show up for work during the shutdown. The Democratic Party is being internally devoured by Marxism and Islamism, ideologies foreign to America's founding principles. These forces, power-hungry and seeking centralized control, mask their hatred for the country as righteousness, liberation, equality, and affordability, while spreading rapidly and replacing the party's base and leadership. In response, a fascistic reaction emerges on the radical right by grifters like podcasters and influencers who gain fame and wealth promoting it. Both Marxists and fascists seek to destroy American institutions—the former to replace them, the latter claiming they fail—leading to dwindling support for the Declaration, Constitution, and founders. The Republican Party resists this fascistic right, albeit insufficiently, whereas the Democratic Party, having unleashed and failed to control these forces, is now becoming the Marxist left. In chapter two of "American Marxism," titled "Breeding Mobs," it explains how mass movements devour individual identity and uniqueness, rendering people indistinguishable while assigning group identities based on race, age, or income to foster class distinctions and divisions. These movements attract disenchanted, disaffected, and maladjusted individuals who blame external factors like the system or others for their conditions, lured by utopian promises and criticisms of society, where improving their lot ties to the cause and disparaging the successful becomes a tactic to instill meaning and self-worth. Ultimately, these movements rely on deceit, propaganda, intimidation, and force, leading to scapegoating, violence, and totalitarianism. Just think of figures like Bernie Sanders, AOC, Nick Fuentes, Steve Bannon, Alex Jones, Tucker Carlson, and their supporters. Later, the U.S. healthcare system is the world's best, but some sort of health savings accounts that put more money in people's pockets, enabling them to choose and pay for their own healthcare premiums would be a great idea. Afterward, Gov Gavin Newsom’s former chief of staff was indicted on 23 federal counts including conspiracy to commit bank and wire fraud.

The Best Of Mark Levin - 11/15/25

On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, in Chapter 1 of Liberty and Tyranny: A Conservative Manifesto it emphasizes that the conservative commitment to ordered liberty is rooted in the Founders' principles, such as the social contract and civil society, which foster harmony of interests through accumulated human experience and reasoning for the betterment of individuals and society. There are so-called podcasters on the right who reject this. We can’t allow the Tucker Carlson’s or Megyn Kelly’s to hand America to the left. We need to hold firm to our principles, understanding of the American founding, and decades of discussed values, without falling into traps set by these detractors. Also, a federal judge in Alexandria, Virginia suggested she might dismiss charges against James Comey for lying to Congress and Letitia James for bank fraud, citing skepticism over the legitimacy of interim U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan's appointment by AG Pam Bondi. Bondi ​has ​full ​authority ​to ​appoint ​anyone ​who ​meets ​the ​U.S. ​attorney ​qualifications. ​This is pathetic, the left has destroyed our judicial system. Later, the Democrats are potentially poised for another government shutdown opportunity in January, targeting airline services, TSA, FAA, and military funding to inflict pain on Americans again. These routine continuing resolutions might become quarterly battles because of the Democrats.

11/14/25 - The North Star of American Principles

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, there’s a cabal of grifters who absolutely lack principles. First, Megyn Kelly questioned whether Jeffrey Epstein was a pedophile, claiming he preferred "barely legal" 15-year-old girls who could pass as older, rather than younger children, based on an insider's view. This is disgusting. Then there’s Steve Bannon who exchanged hundreds of emails and met at least once with Epstein. Bannon created videos with Epstein to teach him how to handle hostile press. Why would anyone associate with Epstein? There’s newly unsealed federal court documents detail how a 17-year-old homeless girl in Florida allegedly had sex with former Re. Matt Gaetz for $400 to fund braces for her teeth. And lastly there’s Tucker Carlson who targeted Dietrich Bonhoeffer, the anti-Nazi Christian evangelist who tried to kill Hitler. It’s time to clean up our own house who have a twisted version of American First. Later, the U.S. healthcare system is the world's best, but some sort of health savings accounts that put more money in people's pockets, enabling them to choose and pay for their own healthcare premiums would be a great idea. Afterward, Gov Gavin Newsom’s former chief of staff was indicted on 23 federal counts including conspiracy to commit bank and wire fraud. Finally, will Barack Obama’s library feature sections on figures like Mao, Lenin, Trotsky, Stalin, Marx, and Engels, as well as racist America? To build his library Obama demolished a cherished national landmark—designed by Frederick Law Olmsted for the 1893 Chicago World's Fair. It’s ironic that Obama protects monuments elsewhere but destroys this historic area.

Later, Gov Greg Abbott calls in and explains that he shut down the proposed EPIC center in the Dallas area, an Islamic-only development, through a new law that bans no-go zones, prohibits discriminatory land sales or rentals based on Islam, mandates disputes be resolved under Texas laws and courts rather than Sharia law, and empowers the Attorney General to close such projects. He also outlined a multi-point plan to make housing more affordable by reducing property taxes. Finally, Professor Emeritus John Ellis calls in and argues that to save universities from radical political zealots who have replaced knowledge promotion with fringe ideology indoctrination, urgent reform is essential, as evidenced by radicalized graduates influencing society, such as New York's communist mayor.

Later, the media is ignorant for mischaracterizing the pardoning of 77 people involved in challenging the 2020 election results as an attempt to overturn them. Challenging elections is a longstanding legal right, dating back to John Adams' era, and includes demanding recounts, lobbying state officials like the Secretary of State, and submitting alternative slates of electors to the Archivist of the United States to preserve potential wins. These actions are neither obstructive nor criminal. Afterward, Rep Chip Roy, who’s running for Attorney General of Texas, calls in and explains that Texas is under attack by a network of radical Marxists and Islamists seeking to seize it from America. The nation is rooted in Judeo-Christian principles, the Constitution, and Western civilization, which directly conflict with Sharia law. He also explains that Democrats are exposing their scheme by admitting Biden's temporary COVID subsidies are essential for Obamacare to function, as even the Washington Post acknowledges it was never affordable. Finally, Tucker Carlson platformed a guest who downplayed Christian persecution in Nigeria and had previously represented an accused Nigerian figure involved in targeting Christians.

11/10/25 - Why Centralized Government Equals Economic Collapse

This week on the Mark Levin Show, we need to rid the Republican Party, the movement, and constitutional conservatism of bigots, racists, anti-Semites, and anti-Americans. These low lives, like Tucker Carlson, Steve Bannon and Nick Fuentes, dishonor the greatest generation that defeated Hitler, Tojo, and Mussolini. It’s a time for choosing between the good guys and the bad guys, America or the Third Reich/Soviet Union. Republicans must stand up and confront the spread unlike Democrats who allowed it.

Mamdani and his supporters like Linda Sarsour refuse assimilate and instead aim to conquer, devour, and dismantle the culture, police, communities, private property rights, and economy. This would attract unassimilated individuals from afar, harden electoral battles, and escalate into a cultural war beyond politics, with devastating effects on education, policing, healthcare, and wealth redistribution, driving successful people away. 

Tuesday’s election results were no surprise because the Democrats immigration strategy to change the demographics and citizenry, without assimilation, has worked. NYC will decline, the question is by how much and Virginia is now part of the federal government. If the election was about affordability why did NJ vote to increase their property taxes and energy bills?

neither the law nor the Constitution prohibits a President from imposing tariffs, which can serve purposes like rebuilding industries, countering foreign tariffs, or ensuring national security. Congress holds the power of the purse and could pass statutes to limit presidential tariff authority, but it has not done so, making judicial intervention unnecessary and a potential separation of powers issue. The Court should refrain from involvement, as any limits would come from congressional action or voter disapproval.

11/7/25 - The Truth About Tucker Carlson and Nick Fuentes

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, every conservative faith leader, organization head, think tank, legal group, media, and political entity need to boldly speak out against vile, poisonous movements on the left and the radical right, specifically fascists, thugs, and neo-Nazis, rather than true conservatives or constitutionalists. Tucker Carlson and his ilk have promoted harmful ideas and attacked traditional Christians and Jews and they need to be rejected. Silence is the enemy. Also, Victor Davis Hanson's article "The New Antisemitism" argues that Jew hatred, once confined to fringe right-wing elements in America, has been largely marginalized by Republicans and conservatives like William F. Buckley Jr., with recent polls showing 83% of Republicans holding positive views of Israel compared to only 33% of Democrats. In contrast, left-wing anti-Semitism, now entrenched in the Democratic base and campuses, disguises itself in social justice causes like diversity, equity, inclusion, and outrage over alleged Israeli settler colonialism, genocide, and apartheid. Later, the president is defending his authority to impose tariffs, arguing that if he loses his case, Congress would handle all tariff decisions for every country and circumstance, leveraging its power of the purse. However, tariffs serve multiple purposes beyond taxing citizens, including national security, foreign policy, international economics, and revenue generation. The president must make these decisions due to their broad implications, though Congress could intervene via statutes or funding cuts if he oversteps, which it hasn't due to party control in a republican system.

11/6/25 - No More Silence: Defending Our Values in Crisis

On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, while the legal challenge is an uphill battle there are still serious legal issues pending. The premise of the equal protection clause argument in some of the Trump legal challenges has yet to be heard - specifically by the Supreme Court of the United States. There is no incentive to relent at this time. Conversely, giving up prematurely would be immoral and can impact all future elections. Then, for months it was reported that President Trump was sabotaging the election by suppressing USPS and removing/replacing mailboxes - this was a lie. The media turns a blind eye to the DOJ's warning that Russia was attempting to influence the election in favor of Joe Biden. There is virtual silence on the success of Trump's Operation Warp Speed to accelerate the testing of a COVID-19 vaccine. Interestingly, Biden and the media have no explanation as to why is there an uptick in coronavirus cases when most Americans are wearing masks. Later, Daniel Horowitz of the Blaze called in to discuss the anomalies in Georgia's vote totals where their previous ballot rejection rate was 6.5%. Oddly, the 2020 election, with mail-in ballots, only had 0.2% and had many more ballots cast and still had a lower rejection rate. Horowitz added that the Constitution precisely names which day Presidential elections can be held and no state court has the power to alter that. Afterward, Sen. Kelly Loeffler calls in with an update on her runoff campaign in Georgia. Loeffler confirmed that anyone caught moving to Georgia just to vote will be referred to the State's Attorney General. Finally, Harvard Law Professor Laurence Lessig joins the program to discuss Lessig's column critiquing this program's comments on Article II of the Constitution. Lessig agreed with Mark Levin's point that Article II grants the state legislatures the power over the manner of the selection of electors.
