The FBI has arrested Brian Cole from Virginia as the suspect in the January 5-6, 2021 pipe bomb incident near the DNC and RNC, identified through forensic evidence. This case is a major scandal, as the Biden administration and FBI had this information for four years and they couldn’t out it together? This could also count as an assassination attempt of incoming VP Kamala Harris, yet nobody seems to want to talk about that. It seems that the Biden administration didn’t want to find out who the pipe bomber was. This is just the start of unraveling unanswered questions rather than the end of the investigation. Also, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 in favor of Texas using its redistricting map potentially allowing the state to gain five extra seats in the midterm elections. Dissenters Kagan, Sotomayor, and Jackson argued – racism. But the redistricting was the opposite of what they alleged. Later, the latest battle in the ongoing media manipulation of the news cycle is the battle with Pete Hegseth. Democrats are pushing for Hegseth to resign or be fired by President Trump, alleging he committed a war crime during a September 2nd strike on a boat carrying drugs and two narco terrorists. Trump is fighting the drug war by taking it to the cartels and the Democrats can’t stand it. Finally, Minnesota's immigration situation is a disaster that could spread nationwide. Biden administration had an unstated goal of allowing immigrants from third-world countries, particularly Somalia, to enter and take over towns, cities, and states without assimilating to American culture.

Also, Dinesh D'Souza calls in and reveals that Qataris view themselves as the true chosen people due to their effortless oil wealth, freeing the nation from labor. 12/3/25 - The Dangerous Game: Venezuela's Role in America's Drug Crisis

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, history teaches us and helps demonstrate what patriotism is. But how can we demand patriotism from immigrants when we have American citizens on the neo-fascist right who trash our history? These people are not America first. How can they be America first when they don’t understand our history, or founding? They will ensure that the Republicans lose the midterms and the Democrats choose the next president by causing even a small number of Republican and conservative voters to stay home. And the Marxist-Islamist left loves Carlson and the rest of them, as do the Democrat media that continuously promotes them. They know that he and his ilk will deliver them victories. We must do all we can to overcome this. Later, socialism light is not the answer to affordability. Capitalism is how you create prosperity and growth, which creates affordability and supply. Socialism light is also ineffective against aggressive socialism and the RINO proponents sound like liberals or Marxists. They lack coherent philosophy and resort to attacks while ignoring historical lessons from great minds like Milton Friedman, Mises, Hayek, Adam Smith, Reagan, and Trump. Afterward, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth is doing an excellent job. That’s why the hate America Democrats relentlessly attack him. They need to get the hell off his back and condemn our enemies instead! Finally, Steve Hilton calls in to discuss his race for Governor of California. 12/2/25 - The Dangers of Ignoring History in Today's Politics

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, Venezuela's regime, allied with communist China, Iran, and others, is deliberately poisoning the U.S. through drugs, contributing to hundreds of thousands of American deaths, making inaction absurd. The war crime claims from Democrats, from a denied report on killing drug boat survivors, are ridiculous. This Venezuela situation is similar to the 1989 U.S. invasion of Panama via Operation Just Cause—a surprise attack without war declaration or prior congressional input due to leak fears—to oust drug lord Manuel Noriega, who partnered with Colombians to flood the U.S. with drugs, while restoring democracy and safeguarding Americans. Also, going forward, every Republican who wants our votes need to declare if they stand with or against Tucker Carlson. This isn’t about Carlson, it’s a litmus test for fundamental morality, ethics, principles, understanding of American history, and opposition to bigotry, racism, anti-Semitism, attacks on Christianity, excuses for the Third Reich, and revisionist narratives portraying America or Churchill as villains. There’s an overlap between Marxist Islamists, and neo-fascists in condemning Judaism, Christianity, and the West, while failing to defend capitalism, free markets, the nation's founders, or its principles. Later, the book "Liberty and Tyranny," critiques the statist argument for comprehensive immigration reform, which grants illegal immigrants’ rights to enter illegally and remain, access welfare benefits like education, healthcare, housing, and food stamps, vote, and be counted in the census, all under the guise that America is a nation of immigrants. Today, almost 20 years later, this remains unchanged. No, immigrants do not have a right to come to America. Finally, parents need to encourage their children to compete, take jobs, work hard, and create opportunities rather than blaming a corrupt system. Success has never come easy for previous generations, including the greatest generation that endured wars and depression.

12/1/25 - Unpacking America's Drug War: The Fight Against Narco-Terrorism

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, WJNO's Brian Mudd fills in. Joe Biden continues to kill people even after he left office. The Biden administration allowed many unvetted illegal immigrants into our country, including the ones that have been committing crimes, rapes, murders and more. The loss of one of our D.C. National Guard soldiers and the critical state of another is the result of the failure of the Biden Administration to keep us and our troops safe. Another example was the withdraw from Afghanistan which was wrong and killed many of our heroes, and should have never happened. In addition, the Kremlin is out there saying Putin wants peace talks as meetings kick off in Saudi Arabia—but he keeps talking about “reality on the ground,” which is code for “we’re not giving back what we took.” Nevertheless, we must trust in President Trump because he will make sure that this peace deal goes smoothly and that we make sure that there is peace once and for all. Lastly, Republicans in Congress are wrestling with what to do about these Obamacare subsidies that are about to expire. The final decision is going to come down to Trump. The Democrats—what do they do? They take this record-breaking government shutdown and turn it into a political stunt. They’re demanding we keep these subsidies going, the same ones Biden pumped up during the pandemic. They’re set to vanish by the end of the year. Here’s the reality: Republicans know healthcare premiums are shooting through the roof therefore something has to be done. They don’t want to just rubber-stamp Biden’s plan and keep these subsidies exactly as they are. That’s not reform—that’s surrender.

11/28/25 - Trump's Bold Moves: Fixing Biden's Foreign Policy Blunders

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, we bring you the best of on Thanksgiving Day! The 9/11 families still lack answers from Saudi Arabia's involvement in September 11th. Mohammed bin Salman's claim that Osama bin Laden used Saudis to destroy U.S.-Saudi relations is crap. MBS says he wants a two state solution with Israel and Palestine but he won’t take in one Palestinian from Gaza. Later, NY Post’s Miranda Devine criticizes the FBI and Secret Service for mishandling the investigation into Thomas Crooks' attempted assassination of Donald Trump at a 2024 Butler, Pennsylvania rally. An independent source uncovered Crooks' 17 online accounts revealing his ideological shift from pro-Trump supporter in 2019—issuing threats against Democrats—to anti-Trump critic by 2020, with increasingly violent rhetoric advocating terrorism, assassination, and interactions with a neo-Nazi. The Crooks files need to be released. Also, Qatar is pumping tens of billions of dollars into American universities to help the Muslim Brotherhood weaken America and destroy democracy. It’s stunning to the extent we are blind to what Qatar is doing. We ignore this at our own peril. Later, CAIR is suing Texas over Gov Greg Abbott’s ‘terrorist’ designation. Abbott should use this lawsuit to get to the bottom of CAIR’s funding. He should counter claim or conduct discovery on all of their contacts, emails, etc.

11/27/25 - The Thanksgiving Best Of Mark Levin

On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, WREC's Ben Ferguson fills in. Two West Virginia National Guardsmen were ambushed and critically injured after a shooter opened fire near the White House. This wasn’t random; this was a targeted attack. A lone gunman comes around a corner, raises his weapon, and opens fire on these Guardsmen who were simply doing their job—protecting D.C. residents, protecting this country. The suspect is an Afghan national that overstayed his visa and was let in under Joe Biden. Also, Socialists, Communists and Marxists have taken over the Democrat Party. A new poll shows that more than half—53%—of voters under 40 want a socialist president in 2028. That’s right, socialism is on the rise in America. And it gets worse: 76% of these voters think major industries—health care, energy, big tech—should be nationalized. That’s government control, plain and simple. They say housing costs are too high; the economy favors the wealthy, and corporations don’t pay enough taxes. But here’s the kicker: even with this socialist surge, the names they support are the same old Democrats—Kamala Harris leads with 36%, Bernie Sanders at 16%, Gavin Newsom and AOC at 9%, and Zohran Mamdani only gets 4%. This is a dangerous trend. It’s not just about policy—it’s about fundamentally transforming America into something it was never meant to be.

11/26/25 - National Guardsmen Shot: A Tragic Day in D.C.

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, WJNO’s Brian Mudd fills in. President Trump isn’t playing games—he’s made it crystal clear he’s not sitting down with Putin or Zelensky until this peace deal is in its final stages. He’s already sent his people to Moscow and Kyiv to iron out the last disagreements, and he says we’re getting “very close.” Now, Ukraine is signaling they’re ready to move forward, but even they admit the toughest issues have to be handled directly between Trump and Zelensky. After those intense talks in Geneva, Kyiv says they support the “essence” of the deal. Later, in classic Trump fashion, he takes the Thanksgiving turkey pardon—Gobble and Waddle spared—and turns it into a moment to hammer Democrats. He even joked that Biden’s turkey pardons last year were “totally invalid” because of an autopen. And let’s not forget, this turkey pardon tradition goes way back—Truman got the first bird in 1947, Kennedy offered clemency in ’63, and it was George H.W. Bush in ’89 who made the “presidential pardon” stick. He also renewed his call for federal intervention in Chicago, saying he could make the city safer in four to ten weeks if Governor Pritzker would let him deploy the National Guard.

11/25/25 - Unprecedented Peace: Ukraine and Russia on the Brink of Agreement

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, thanks to Elon Musk and his new policy of making the location of posters publicly known. You can see all the scum from throughout the world posting vile comments about America, Israel, etc., many who claimed to be reporting from Gaza, others who sought money by claiming to be from Gaza, and the corporate media and podcasters who used the false information to advance a poisonous narrative. You can also see the numerous antisemitic commenters on Mark’s account who are based all over the world. It also raises another question about the amount of traffic some of the most contemptible, racist, and antisemitic "influencers" are getting from different parts of the world. Those who report analytics, etc., should include that information when putting out their reports. Let the chips fall where they may. Also, the reasons those 6 Democrats put out the video to our military personnel signaling when to defy a presidential order is: 1. to encourage defiance by military personnel to any order they may disagree with; 2. to create the implication that the president has or will issue unconstitutional or illegal orders; and, 3. to encourage defiance in the ranks against the commander-in-chief. What these 6 did was a direct attack on the president and civilian authority and it is they who are shredding our Constitution. Afterward, James Comey and Letitia James are not out of the woods. There was no substantive decision. In fact, there was no decision with prejudice. The administration is appealing. Or the appointment of another prosecutor who meets the judge's objection can get the cases going again.

11/24/25 - The Hidden Truth: Foreign Accounts Manipulating American Politics

On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, the U.S. Constitution is silent on whether you can indict a sitting president or whether a president can pardon himself, even for federal offenses. If Donald Trump is re-elected in 2024 and still has all of these indictments against him, or if he has been convicted in a jurisdiction by Democrats, the Constitution says nothing about it because the Constitution was written for virtuous people and not people like Joe Biden and Jack Smith. Given the conclusion of the DOJ that you cannot indict a sitting president, the logic would also be that a sitting president can pardon himself, including from state charges like what Trump is facing in Georgia and Manhattan. What Trump did in Georgia is common to any politician and completely normal behavior, yet Fani Willis is charging him with RICO and criminalizing challenging an election outcome for the first time in American history. The law is being stretched to extreme lengths to ensnare Trump for challenging the results of an election that he believed he won, and if it was legal in 2000 it should be legal now. These are backdoor insurrection efforts by Democrats to stop Trump from getting on the ballot and clear the way for Joe Biden in 2024.
