A New Jersey man is charged with the murder of his wife, whose body was found in a partially burned car in Monroe Township. The alleged murder occurred while the suspect was awaiting trial for allegedly abusing the couple’s newborn daughter.Police in Birmingham, Alabama are searching for 29-year-old Paighton Laine Houston. Houston was last seen on the night of Friday, December 22nd, leaving a Lakeview area bar in the company of two men. The last communication from her was a text she sent to a friend after leaving the bar, saying she felt unsafe.Finally, a Cape Coral, Florida couple entered not guilty pleas to multiple charges, including first degree murder, stemming from the September death of their 18 month old son. The parents told investigators they fed their four children only raw fruits and vegetables. An autopsy found the child died from malnutrition.
