Space Governance: Policy and Regulatory Frameworks.

A new report out of ETH Zürich that sheds light on a spike in cyber activity targeting space-related organizations during the Gaza War. A Soyuz rocket has been rolled out to its launch pad at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan to begin counting down to a Thanksgiving Day liftoff. South Korea’s Nuri rocket is scheduled to lift off at approximately 12:55 am on Thursday, according to the Korea Aerospace Administration, and more.

Cyber threats escalate as new launches lift off worldwide.

China has docked an uncrewed Shenzhou spacecraft with Tiangong Space Station which will return the crew currently on orbit in April 2026. NASA has reduced the number of astronaut missions on Boeing's Starliner contract and said the spacecraft's next mission to the International Space Station (ISS) will fly without a crew. The US Space Force (USSF) has awarded multiple small contracts to develop prototypes for space-based interceptors, and more.

Luxembourg’s Space Agency has awarded a contract to the Canadian Space Mining Corporation (CSMC) to develop a novel space-based quantum gravimetry sensor system called Quantum Atomic Subsurface Mapper (QASM).
