David Lammy was left humilitated at Prime Minister's Questions this lunchtime when he refused to answer multiple questions about whether another migrant prisoner had been mistakenly released.

It was confirmed as the session was ending that police were indeed searching for a prisoner who was accidentally let out of Wandsworth Prison.

Camilla and Tim react to a calamitous performance from the Deputy PM and the institutional failures in our prisons that are being so publicly exposed.

Lammy's PMQs calamity as second migrant prisoner accidentally released

The Chancellor’s speech today was the clearest sign yet that she is planning tax rises on working people.

Rachel Reeves is said to be considering raising income tax by 1p or 2p in her upcoming Budget, breaking a key Labour manifesto promise.

Reeves speech lays bare Labour's 'monstrous' tax lies

Another day, another BBC scandal. Gordon Rayner joins Camilla and Tim in the studio to reveal how the corporation doctored Donald Trump’s speech on January 6th, completely changing its meaning so as to make it seem the President had actively encouraged the now infamous Capitol Hill riots. Is this latest case of BBC bias a scandal too far for director-general Tim Davie?

Elsewhere, Camilla and Tim went along to see Nigel Farage outline how a Reform government would run the economy, with the party now rowing back on their manifesto pledges and ruling out any tax cuts until spending has been brought under control.

BBC Trump scandal: Why Tim Davie needs to go

In a truly unprecedented move, King Charles has stripped his brother of all titles and forced him to leave his Royal Lodge residence.

The announcement comes after months of revelations about Prince Andrew’s relationship with the convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein and sex abuse allegations by Virginia Guiffre.

Tim speaks to the Telegraph’s deputy Royal editor Victoria Ward for an inside look at the talks that preceded this decision, plus what life will look like now for Mr Mountbatten Windsor.

Prince Andrew vs The Palace: Inside the 'Siege of Royal Lodge'

A weekend fiasco has thrown Britain’s immigration and prison system into chaos after Hadush Kebatu, an asylum seeker jailed for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in Epping, was mistakenly released from Chelmsford prison. He was meant to be deported to Ethiopia but was freed in error, sparking a two-day manhunt before his recapture in North London. 

Justice Secretary David Lammy faced MPs over the blunder, unveiling new mandatory checks for every prison release, but governors warn it’s unworkable. Meanwhile, Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood has also been forced to respond as frustration grows over the Government’s handling of immigration and the spiralling cost of migrant hotels.

Tim is joined by Assistant Comment Editor Poppy Coburn to discuss Labour's latest headache, the collapse of Labour’s grooming gangs inquiry, and they're also joined by Reform UK’s head of policy, Zia Yusuf, for his take on both the prison fiasco and the controversy surrounding his own party MP Sarah Pochin, after she said adverts “full of black and Asian people” drive her mad.

When 19-year-old Jay Slater went missing and was later found dead in Tenerife, his family never expected the online frenzy that would compound their nightmare.

Social media ‘sleuths’ spread conspiracy theories that Jay was murdered over a drug debt, or that his disappearance was a scam to raise money. Trolls even set up accounts pretending to be Jay and accused his mum, Debbie Duncan, of faking her tears.

Now Debbie is calling for a change in the law to protect grieving families like hers from harmful misinformation. She sits down with Camilla to explain the impact of online trolling, her campaign for Jay’s Law, and how she wants her beloved son to be remembered.

Even the most innumerate among us has heard of the Laffer curve, a theory popularised by US economist and presidential advisor Arthur Laffer. It spells it out how, beyond a particular threshold, increasing taxes actually brings down revenue.

Camilla and Tim are joined by the legendary economist – who has worked with Presidents Trump and Reagan and was a friend of Margaret Thatcher – to discuss the upcoming Budget, Trump's tariffs, and whether Nigel Farage has a coherent economic plan.

Laffer also weighs in on Liz Truss, who he says was "thinking in the right direction" with her mini-Budget, and explains why a wealth tax would be a "huge mistake".
