True Crime All The Time Unsolved

Judy Smith decided to accompany her husband to a work conference in Philadelphia. She disappeared some time after leaving the hotel to go sightseeing. Months later, her body was found in a remote area of the Pisgah National Forest in North Carolina. 

Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss Judy Smith. Judy's husband, Jeff, was frantic and called the police to begin investigating her disappearance. There were several alleged sightings of Judy in both the Philadelphia area and North Carolina. In Philadelphia, people who thought they saw her described her as being disoriented. People who thought they saw her in North Carolina didn't describe her this way. The police looked hard at Jeff and at whether Judy ever even made the trip to Philadelphia. The mysteries surround what happened to Judy and how she got to North Carolina remain.

Judy Smith

On October 31st, 2010, 54-year-old Roberta Miller and her dog were shot in her home in Gilford, New Hampshire. Over a decade later, police have not made any arrests.

Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the murder of Roberta "Bobbie" Miller. Bobbie was divorced from her husband, Gary, with whom she had several car dealerships. The divorce was long, and friends said it was nasty. Gary claimed that Bobbie owed him a substantial amount of money, so he naturally became a suspect after her death.

Roberta Miller

18-year-old Megan Trussell walked out of her college dorm at UC Boulder on the night of February 9th, 2025. Days later, her body was found in a ravine off campus. Megan Trussell

Lee Antoni returned home after spending the weekend with family and found his 31-year-old wife, Amanda, dead at the bottom of the basement stairs in their Calgary home. Amanda’s death was immediately declared suspicious and investigated as a homicide, but investigators faced a lack of evidence and leads. 

Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the death of Amanda Antoni. Many have said this case is eerily similar to that of Kathleen Peterson, who was also found dead at the bottom of a staircase. Experts disagree on whether this was an accident or something else. But, Amanda's husband, Lee, seemed to have an airtight alibi as he was 8 hours away visiting his mother.

Amanda Antoni

15-year-old Kayla Berg went missing in August 2009 after being dropped off at a condemned property by an older family friend. Sixteen years later, Kayla has not been found. 

Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the disappearance of Kayla Berg. Several people were investigated by the police, including Kayla's boyfriend and this family friend, who claimed he had dropped her off. Kayla Berg

Officially, Dr. Sneha Anne Philip died during the September 11th, 2001, terrorist attacks in New York City. However, she was last seen alive on September 10th, and there is no definitive evidence placing her at the World Trade Center on September 11th.

Woody Kelly

15-year-old Ashley Ouellette was murdered in February 1999 in Scarborough, Maine, after leaving a sleepover at a friend’s house to see a boy she had previously dated. Paul Baker

On November 28th, 1969, 22-year-old Betsy Aardsma was murdered in the library at Penn State University. The murder occurred over the Thanksgiving holiday when many students were back home with family. Witnesses saw a man flee the library but he has never been conclusively identified.

Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the unsolved murder of Betsy Aardsma. Betsy had everything going for her in life. She had already obtained her undergraduate degree and was working on her graduate degree at Penn State. She had a loving boyfriend who was attending college there with her. Who would want to kill this young, beautiful woman who was so loved by everyone that knew her. There are persons of interest to discuss but there has not been enough evidence to date to charge anyone with her murder.
