Written for those leading continuous improvement efforts, from senior leaders to the front lines, this book details our learnings from decades of work in this field. We explore and describe why some improvement efforts do very well while others struggle and die out. We study and analyze the vastly different results at two nearly identical sites with whom we worked – one becoming the corporate model, the other struggled with mediocre performance.
