Lloyd Boyd is taking a shower when God calls on him to become a personal preacher, but the under-achieving Lloyd is not entirely sure what that entails. After he drops off business cards at his local grocery store, bus stop, and gas station, he starts getting calls! Soon, Lloyd is inundated with requests, including one from Selma, who wants her husband to rediscover faith, and Miss Minerva and Miss Flossie, who are tempted to sell their church for $5 million.
