ATOOC: False Alarm at EWR

In this episode, Air Canada Jazz flight 657 leaves from Halifax and mid-flight receives a TCAS alert. The pilot discusses the issue with the tower, but neither of them seem to know whether the alert was legitimate or a false indication.
