Juvenil y Young Adults
Belly has only loved two boys her entire life, Conrad Fisher and his younger brother Jeremiah. She’s always known she’d marry one of them, although it’s never been clear which one. Then Jeremiah proposes during Belly’s first year at college. Against her mother’s protests, Belly impulsively accepts. But the expected bliss of engagement is tempered by her lingering feelings for Conrad. Once and for all, she must decide which brother is her soulmate—which means someone’s heart will get broken. Popular author Jenny Han delivers a gripping and emotional conclusion to the story she began in The Summer I Turned Pretty (which received a starred review from Publishers Weekly) and continued in It’s Not Summer Without You.

At the beginning I didn't know if I loved the idea of the plot, felt a little out of character for how rushed it felt. But it started to make sense and it developed in what the story needed. I fell in love w Conrad all over again, but something I admire from the book is that even in the last 5 pages, you wouldn't have known with who Belly was gonna end up with. The ending was perfect, didn't feel rushed or out of place or making you feel like something was missing.

How should I talk about this one without spoiling the rest?Well... I have to say: some of the character arcs here bugged me since they felt a little bit out-of-character, as did Belly occasionally due to never being growing out of her childish selfishness. I guess that even at the very end, she’s still quite young, but I wished she’s mature a little more as a person. The audiobook was beautiful and brought it to life in a gorgeous way. Having the adaptation actors narrating the book makes it feel like you’re watching the whole thing unravel in front of your eyes.Though predictable in its end-game, the book managed to hold the tension until the very last line with unexpected twists!
