വളരെ മികച്ച രചന .. കേരള ചരിത്രം മനോഹരമായി എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നു . അവതാരകന്റെ സ്ത്രീ കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളുടെ ശബ്ദാനുകരണം ശൃങ്കാര ഭാവം തോന്നിപ്പിക്കും വിധത്തിൽ ആകുമ്പോൾ പലപ്പോഴും അരോചകമാകുന്നുണ്ട് ..ശക്തമായ കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളും ആ സംഭാഷണങ്ങളും അതിന്റെതായ ഗൗരവത്തിൽ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചാൽ നന്നായിരുന്നു ..

വളരെ മികച്ച ഒരു ഒരു പുസ്തകം . ഇതിന്റെ പിന്നിലെ പരിശ്രമങ്ങൾ ഊഹിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല. നല്ല ശബ്ദത്തിൽ വായിച്ചു, സ്ത്രീ ശബ്ദം അനുകരിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചത് തീർത്തും അരോചകമായി.

Excellent book on a relatively unexplored topic. The narrator should have avoided the mimicry though.

Good book gives a good idia about Kerala history after arrival in of Vasco da Gama. The life history of Rani Sethu Lakshmi Bai is well narrated. Very lengthy book still intresting.

Highly recommended and superb narrative. We will get a clear idea about Kerala's historical importance and our cultural life style during that period.

Good in-depth info on the life of a queen of Kerala, a life where there was humbleness and space for everything, still the scars of untouchability was hard to go. Appreciate the efforts of the writer to portrait everyone in good color without any personal analysis
