One of a best book on personality development. Lot of information compressed with in 100 minutes. It could have been better if it explained why these rules are right. But explaining the reason will make the book longer

Stunningly powerful book. As always I find that many old book have great writings and insights. Many new books in the 20th century still copies and the past greats. Though this book gets into the behavioural traits of how to stay happy, it takes a negative approach on what not to do. Great book!!
