    Inspiring

    Fabulous book on what you need to eat to keep your brain healthy and your life in better shape it’s always good to know the benefits of various foods and how it affects or helps in improving your health. Considering a lot of meat isn’t great for health, it’s no surprise that the book focuses on healthier vegan options. The reason to give a slightly lower rating for the book is the amount of repetitive content. The book could have been half the pages and still dealt the same impact.
