The book helps the reader to create lot of ideas about the brand of his or her business. I think implementing the suggestions and exercises prescribed in this book can definitely change things around for the brand who is struggling to get the confidence of the customer. I created the storyline and tried with my colleagues and friends, who gave me a very heartwarming response, after listening to my one liner storyline for my brand. Most recommended read for the entrepreneurs who are in process of establishing their brand of business on the product.
