Enlightenment and Immortality

Spiritual Enlightenment and Physical Immortality are closely related.

This is because the enlightenment process also causes bodily stability and keeps the ailments of aging under control

Most people think of improvements in longevity being entirely related to diet, exercise, and weight loss. These factors are important—but not the whole story.

However, I maintain that the non physical factors like subconscious beliefs, life purpose, and spiritual connections are more important to long term health and longevity.

This book discusses those non physical factors and how they relate to our happiness and long term health.
