Challenging elections is a longstanding legal right, dating back to John Adams' era, and includes demanding recounts, lobbying state officials like the Secretary of State, and submitting alternative slates of electors to the Archivist of the United States to preserve potential wins. These actions are neither obstructive nor criminal. Afterward, Rep Chip Roy, who’s running for Attorney General of Texas, calls in and explains that Texas is under attack by a network of radical Marxists and Islamists seeking to seize it from America. The nation is rooted in Judeo-Christian principles, the Constitution, and Western civilization, which directly conflict with Sharia law. He also explains that Democrats are exposing their scheme by admitting Biden's temporary COVID subsidies are essential for Obamacare to function, as even the Washington Post acknowledges it was never affordable. 11/10/25 - Why Centralized Government Equals Economic Collapse

This week on the Mark Levin Show, we need to rid the Republican Party, the movement, and constitutional conservatism of bigots, racists, anti-Semites, and anti-Americans. These low lives, like Tucker Carlson, Steve Bannon and Nick Fuentes, dishonor the greatest generation that defeated Hitler, Tojo, and Mussolini. Tuesday’s election results were no surprise because the Democrats immigration strategy to change the demographics and citizenry, without assimilation, has worked. NYC will decline, the question is by how much and Virginia is now part of the federal government. If the election was about affordability why did NJ vote to increase their property taxes and energy bills?

Tucker Carlson and his ilk have promoted harmful ideas and attacked traditional Christians and Jews and they need to be rejected. Silence is the enemy. Also, Victor Davis Hanson's article "The New Antisemitism" argues that Jew hatred, once confined to fringe right-wing elements in America, has been largely marginalized by Republicans and conservatives like William F. Buckley Jr., with recent polls showing 83% of Republicans holding positive views of Israel compared to only 33% of Democrats. In contrast, left-wing anti-Semitism, now entrenched in the Democratic base and campuses, disguises itself in social justice causes like diversity, equity, inclusion, and outrage over alleged Israeli settler colonialism, genocide, and apartheid. Afterward, in the past 31 days, Trump has neutralized nearly a third of drug-running boats entering the US, secured $5 billion in tariffs and most-favored-nation status, negotiated AstraZeneca's prescription drug pricing to save Americans over $15 billion annually while attracting $50 billion in domestic R&D investments, finalized a Chinese trade deal ending the US soybean embargo and promising a fentanyl crackdown, and lifted the estimated economic growth rate to 3.9% per the Atlanta Fed GDP tracker. 10/31/25 - Polls Don't Lie: Republicans on the Rise Amid Shutdown

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, of course, Israel does not control President Trump, nor has it controlled any past president. 10/30/25 - Why Capitalism is the Path to Prosperity

On the Best of Mark Levin, according to the Tennessee Star, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, election records were destroyed faster than the state law requires. Multiple videos show officials flippantly getting rid of election information. This reinforces an email from Christina Iacono read by this program in November of 2020 highlighting votes that could not be counted and ballots that had chain of custody issues. These issues were ignored by the U.S Attorney of Pennsylvania and the Attorney General's Office, yet Bill Barr claimed that no such issues were raised or brought to the Department of Justice. The media is yet again exaggerating the fact that the government might shut down because Congress has failed to deliver a balanced budget as they are required to under the Constitution. Interestingly, the government is shut down every weekend and on holidays, and during actual shutdowns, only 17% of the government is down. Does the Mississippi abortion law violate the federal constitution? If it doesn't, then the Roe V. Wade decision can be weakened. Even Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has acknowledged that their basis for Roe v. wade was not rooted in the Constitution. The 14th Amendment freed the slaves and has nothing to do with abortion. It is not a right to privacy to murder a child in a woman's womb.
