HEARTSET: Expanding Your Heart Consciousness

Do you sometimes feel stuck, blocked and unfree? Do you feel you are "locked down" mentally and emotionally? 95% of the time we are replaying a fixed heart-set. Is it programmed for your well-being and success? Or for your self-destruction and failure?

After decades of research, JM Enage discovered a simple but ground breaking idea: the power of heartset. In this insightful book, he shows how success in school, work, sports, the arts, and almost every area of human endeavor can be dramatically influenced by how we use our heart in relation to our mind. People who focus too much on their mind lose touch with what is truly essential in life, preventing themselves from perceiving with clarity, seeing the big picture, and finding meaning in their humanity. Finding harmony between mind and heart is the key - but the heart must lead the way. The fixed negative heartset must be switched to a growth positive heartset. Here, Enage shares the H-E-A-R-T-S-E-T Formula for growth and abundance. It reveals how great parents, teachers, managers, and athletes can use this paradigm shift to foster successful personal transformation.

In this blueprint, Enage offers offers practical tips, exercises and meditations that integrate his ground breaking concepts into practical habit-forming and personal assimilation steps. With the right heartset, you can motivate those you lead, teach, and love — expanding their consciousness and your own into a state of beingness, abundance and compassion. Learn how to change your heartset, and change your life for the better.
