Black Cat Weekly #211

This issue, we have the first of Robert Reginald’s sequel to H.G. Wells’s The War of the World. (It’s a thriller!) And that’s only the beginning. We have quite a few returning authors—Joseph S. Walker (thanks to Acquiring Editor Barb Goffman) celebrates Talk Like a Pirate Day, Mary Jo Rabe has a historical crime story, Ron Miller has a double header with a new Velda, P.I. story, and a science fiction tale. Plus we have classics by Roy Norton, Henry Leverage, Murray Leinster, and W.W. Fenn. A cat tale by A.R. Morland and a new solve-it-yourself puzzler from Hal Charles complete the issue.

Here’s the complete lineup—
